Aluminum alloy 7075 can be formed in the annealed condition. It can be kept warm 94 to 122 ° C (200 to 250 ° F) if any difficulties are encountered.
Aluminum alloy 7075 can be welded by means of welding. Gas welding method is not preferred for this alloy. Arc welding method should also be avoided because it leads to the degradation of corrosion-resistant properties of the alloy.
